A <em>Ranking<\/em>&nbsp;Rule is always associated with the same metadata.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Example<\/strong> :&nbsp; The <em>Ranking Rule<\/em>&nbsp;<em><strong>Supplier&nbsp; invoice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/em>has metadata&nbsp;<strong><br \/>\n  <em>Amount, vendor, date. &nbsp;<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong>For&nbsp;each type document&nbsp;<em><strong>Invoice<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;<em><br \/>\n  <strong>provider&nbsp;<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/em>Values can be associated for these three metadata.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The documents stored in the Open Bee\u2122 Portal are all associated with a&nbsp;<em>Ranking Rule<\/em>. It is set when the document is checked in.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If the documents have been archived in the Open Bee Portal&nbsp;via&nbsp; Open Bee Scan XE, then the <em>Filing<\/em>&nbsp; Rule is an Open Bee\u2122\u2122\u2122 Scan XE Filing Rule<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>If the documents were checked in to the Open Bee Portal&nbsp;via&nbsp; Open Bee ERP Manager, then the <em>Filing<\/em>&nbsp; Rule corresponds to the <em>Document Type<\/em> in Open Bee\u2122\u2122\u2122 ERP Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, if the document has been manually archived or imported, it is the user who determines the&nbsp;<em>Ranking&nbsp; Rule<\/em>at the time the document is added.
