Anyone can submit their comments and information on a document or file.<\/p>\n\n<p>Each user can read the speeches of the other employees at any time and make their own contribution in the form of a comment.<\/p>\n\n<p>Adding a comment allows you to create or participate in a discussion about a document\/folder.<\/p>\n\n<p>Commenting can be done by an administrator or a user (if the user has the necessary permissions).<\/p>\n\n<p>To add a comment:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the tooltip in the &#8220;<strong>Status<\/strong>&#8221; column of the relevant folder or document or open the comment information panel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a comment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-32-translated-1024x235.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16384\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you want to &#8220;<strong> Reply<\/strong> &#8220;, &#8221; <strong>Edit<\/strong> &#8221; or &#8220;<strong> Delete<\/strong> &#8221; your comment, click on the links at the bottom of the comment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once complete, the tooltip specifies the number of comments added to the document.<br\/><strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The &#8221; Add Comment &#8221; feature allows you to create discussion threads around documents or folders.
