List of available widgets<\/h3>\n\n
The library of available widgets includes the following widgets:<\/p>\n\n

- \n Administration – User Accounts<\/a>\n<\/strong> : Displays the status of the user license for the chosen user type (User, External, View).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n Administration – Items in the Trash<\/a>\n<\/strong> : Displays the number of items waiting to be deleted in the Trash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n Administration – Statistics of the use of an<\/a>\n<\/strong> action: Displays, over the last 4 months, the 3 users who have performed the chosen action the most times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n Administration – Storage Used<\/a>\n<\/strong> : Displays the status of the storage on your document space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n Document – Adding Documents<\/a>\n<\/strong> : Allows you to add documents to your filing area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n Document – Recent Documents<\/a>\n<\/strong> : Allows you to access documents that you have recently viewed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n Document – My Favorites<\/a>\n<\/strong> : Gives you access to your favorite documents, folders, and searches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n Extranet – Inactive Users<\/a>\n<\/strong> : Displays the number of external users who have not viewed new documents over a period of time, for the specified extranet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n My Notifications<\/a>\n<\/strong> : Allows you to view your notifications for the chosen notification categories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n Sharing – Number of documents shared automatically<\/a>\n<\/strong> : Displays the number of documents shared automatically over a period of time, for the specified automatic sharing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n Search – Number of search results<\/a>\n<\/strong> : Displays the number of documents matching the specified search.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n Search – Recent Searches<\/a>\n<\/strong> : Allows you to access searches that you have recently performed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n Search – Classification rule usage statistics<\/a>\n<\/strong> : Displays the number of documents created each month over the last 12 months for the specified classification rule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n Workflow – Documents Committed in a Workflow<\/a>\n<\/strong> : Displays the number of documents released each month over the last 6 months for the specified workflow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Workflow – Workflow Task Tracking<\/a>\n \n<\/strong>: Displays the number of tasks that were approved, declined, or processed over a period of time, for the specified workflow and task.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n Workflow – Tasks to Process<\/a>\n<\/strong> : Displays the number of tasks to be processed for the specified quick filter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Workflow – Stopped Workflow(s<\/a>\n \n<\/strong>): Displays workflows that have been stopped or are under construction, and allows you to start them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
Data Refresh<\/h3>\n\n
In order to improve the display performance of the dashboard, the data displayed is

- Using the “Refresh<\/strong>” button in the banner: the data of all the widgets of the dashboard is then updated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Using the button
on each widget: only the data of the relevant widget is then updated. The date the data was last refreshed is displayed when you hover over the button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
