6.4<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>6.3<\/td><td>6.2 to 6.4<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>6.2<\/td><td>6.2 to 6.4<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>6.1<\/td><td>6.2 to 6.4<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>6.0<\/td><td>6.0 to 6.2<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>5.6<\/td><td>5.6<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum server configuration<\/h2>\n\n<p>The installation of <strong>Open Bee\u2122 Portal <\/strong><strong>requires at least two separate machines:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A machine dedicated to Open Bee\u2122 Portal and OpenSearch<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A machine dedicated to Open Bee\u2122 Scan OCS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum configuration for each machine<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recent server processor,<strong> 4 cores \/ 4 vCPUs minimum<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minimum 8 GB of RAM<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High-performance <strong>SSD <\/strong>or <strong>SAS <\/strong><strong>SSD<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>50 GB of available disk space<\/strong> (variable according to the volume of documents)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommendation: <strong>RAID <\/strong>configuration on a physical server<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Windows local administrator account<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Operating system<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Microsoft\u00ae Windows Server <strong>2019<\/strong>, <strong>2022<\/strong>, or <strong>2025 <\/strong>(64-bit), with the latest updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compatible browser<\/h3>\n\n<p>The latest versions of:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Google Chrome<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chromium<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mozilla Firefox<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Microsoft Edge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safari<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><em>Cookies must be enabled in the browser.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Software prerequisites<\/h3>\n\n<p>The <strong>MySQL<\/strong>, <strong>Apache <\/strong>and <strong>RabbitMQ <\/strong>services are required for Open Bee\u2122 Portal and must <strong>not <\/strong>be previously installed or used by any other application.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Pr&#xE9;requismat&#xE9;rielsetlogiciels-Configurationr&#xE9;seauduserveur\">Server Network Configuration<\/h2>\n\n<p>Below is the list of ports that need to be opened on <strong>your local network<\/strong>.<br\/>From a remote <strong>machine<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Windows: 8000 (http) and\/or 8443 (https)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ip-api.com (used to identify the user\u2019s location when logging in)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All other ports can be closed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Internal <\/strong>ports on the machine (localhost) must be available:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ERlang and RabbitMQ: 4369, 5671, 5672<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MySQL : 3306<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Pr&#xE9;requismat&#xE9;rielsetlogiciels-Commentdimensionnerlesressourcesduserveur\">How to size the server resources<\/h2>\n\n<p>Depending on the use of the solution, it may be necessary to use a server with more resources than the minimum configuration.<\/p>\n\n<p>The table below will allow you to choose a suitable configuration depending on the number of pages that can be scanned. The &#8220;page&#8221; is used as a unit because it is much less subject to variation than a document. <\/p>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/warning.png\" alt=\"(warning)\"\/> This information is based on averages established from PDF documents scanned in medium quality (200dpi).
