The database file is located in the &#8220;data\/dump\/&#8221; folder of your backups.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code panel pdl\" style=\"border-width: 1px;\">\n<div class=\"codeContent panelContent pdl\">\n<pre class=\"theme: Confluence; brush: java; gutter: false\" style=\"font-size: 12px;\">mysql -u root -p obportal &lt; backup.sql<\/pre>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 id=\"Restaurationd'unesauvegarde-Restaurerlesdocumentsetfichiersdeminiatures\">Restore documents and thumbnail files<\/h3>\n<p>Copy the backup folder &#8220;openbeeportal\/data\/&#8221; to &#8220;openbeeportal\/data\/&#8221; and the new installation.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"Restaurationd'unesauvegarde-Restaurerlaconfiguration\">Restore Configuration<\/h3>\n<p>Copy the following backup folders to the new installation:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>&#8220;openbeeportal\/config\/&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;openbeeportal\/web\/&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"Restaurationd'unesauvegarde-Activationdelalicenceetvalidationdesconfigurations\">License Activation and Configuration Validation<\/h3>\n<p>At this stage you should be able to log in to Open Bee\u2122 Portal with your user account.<\/p>\n<p>If your license cannot be reactivated, please contact our support.<\/p>\n<p>Then check the configuration of the connection to your SMTP server, Open Bee\u2122 Scan OCS, and LDAP server if you are using one.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"Restaurationd'unesauvegarde-Diagnostique\">Diagnostic<\/h3>\n<p>Once your backup is up and running, you need to perform the following diagnostics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnostics of the installation to identify possible configuration problems: <a href=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/en\/open-bee-portal\/installers-guide\/diagnostic\/diagnosis-of-an-installation-and-its-configuration\/\">Diagnosis of an installation and its configuration<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Storage diagnostics to verify the integrity of restored data: <a href=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/en\/open-bee-portal\/installers-guide\/diagnostic\/diagnosing-file-integrity-on-storage\/\">Diagnostics of file integrity on storage<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This procedure can be applied to restore a backup or to move Open Bee\u2122 Portal to a new server.
