Problem<\/h2>\n

It is not possible to add some secure PDFs, the append window remains frozen.<\/p>\n

Source of the problem<\/h2>\n

The problem is caused by misidentification of the PDF type. Open Bee\u2122 Portal fails to detect that it is a secure PDF. <\/p>\n
