Users automatically log in with their Windows sessions&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>You have changed the password of the Active Directory account used to import users&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>No more users can log in via SSO&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"ImpossibledeseconnecterenSSOapr\u00e8sunchangementdemotdepasseActiveDirectory-Versionimpact\u00e9e\">Impacted version&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p>Versions &lt; 6.4.1<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ImpossibledeseconnecterenSSOapr\u00e8sunchangementdemotdepasseActiveDirectory-Cause\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Cause&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The login data <span>of the Active Directory account used to import<\/span>users has been stored encrypted in Open Bee\u2122 Portal&nbsp;in &nbsp;order to&nbsp;&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>enable automatic updating of user account information from Active Directory to&nbsp;Open Bee\u2122 Portal<\/li>\n<li>Verify that the Windows user is valid with Active Directory during SSO authentication&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Once your password has been changed, these operations performed by&nbsp;Open Bee\u2122 Portal&nbsp; are no longer possible and block the SSO authentication of users.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ImpossibledeseconnecterenSSOapr\u00e8sunchangementdemotdepasseActiveDirectory-Solution\">Solution&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.0px;line-height: 1.42857;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in with the Open Bee Portal &#8216;admin&#8217; account<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.42857;\">Go to &#8220;User Administration &gt; &nbsp;&#8220;, then click on &#8220;LDAP&nbsp; Import&#8221;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.42857;\">Enter the login information for your Active Directory&nbsp; here:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.42857;\">Use your Windows account (and therefore your new password)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.42857;\">Uncheck the box &#8221;&nbsp;Import users: manually select users to import and update automatically.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 90.0px;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.42857;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/198508545.png\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/198508545.png\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;background-image: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>&nbsp;Validate.  &nbsp;If your credentials are valid, they will be saved at this stage (which was the intended goal).  &nbsp;<span style=\"line-height: 1.42857;\">&nbsp;In the next step, the list of Active Directory users should appear.  &nbsp;You can then close the window.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.42857;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"line-height: 1.42857;\">Open Bee\u2122 Portal&nbsp;now knows your new Active Directory password and will be able to authenticate and&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 22.2222px;\">synchronize<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.42857;\">&nbsp;users&nbsp;<\/span> again<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.0px;line-height: 1.42857;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Description of the problem You imported users&nbsp;from an Active Directory.&nbsp; The SSO option is enabled.
