Problem<\/h2>\n

OCS is functional but when sending a document, OpenBee Scan OCS returns null <\/p>\n

  1. Check base URL in the general config<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The value of “Base URL<\/span>” must contain the Portal url. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Example: http:\/\/127.0.0.1:8000\/<\/a><\/p>\n

    If you find an incorrect value (“:” or incorrect IP address), please update this value and save<\/p>\n
