subfolder of the installation folder, the rabbitmqctl list_queues command returns the following errors:<\/p>\n\n<p>&gt;rabbitmqctl list_queues<\/p>\n\n<p>rabbit@OPENBEE-PC:<br\/>* connected to epmd (port 4369) on OPENBEE-PC<br\/>* EPMD Reports Node &#8216;Rabbit&#8217; Running on Port 25672<br\/>* TCP connection succeeded but Erlang distribution failed<br\/>* Suggestion: HostName Mismatch?<br\/>* suggestion: is the cookie set correctly?<br\/>* suggestion: is the Erlang distribution using TLS?<\/p>\n\n<p>Current Node Details:<br\/>&#8211; Node name: &#8216;rabbitmq-cli-42768@philippe-pc&#8217;<br\/>&#8211; home dir: C:UsersPaul Andr\u00da<br\/>&#8211; cookie hash: QgrxoJ+J5eaDhn7uQE47LA==<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"LesservicesAMQPHighPriorityQueueetAMQPLowPriorityQueuened&#xE9;marrentpas-Versionsimpact&#xE9;es\">Impacted versions<\/h1>\n\n<p>Open Bee\u2122 Portal version 6.x. randomly on certain installations<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"LesservicesAMQPHighPriorityQueueetAMQPLowPriorityQueuened&#xE9;marrentpas-R&#xE9;solution\">Resolution<\/h1>\n\n<p>Clear Rabbitmq&#8217;s log folder<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/276922653.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Recommendation<\/strong><\/p><cite>Always run the commands for this item as follows:<br\/>&#8211; In a console as an admin<br\/>&#8211; From the C:Program Files (x86)OpenBeeOpenBeePortal5Utilityrabbitmqrabbitmq_server-3.5.3sbin folder (to be adapted according to the installation path) for windows<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Copy the .erlang.cookie file manually from %SystemRoot% to %HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH% <\/li><li>Restart the openbeeportalRabbitMQ service<\/li><li>Check if the user &#8220;openbee&#8221; exists with the command &#8220;rabbitmqctl list_users&#8221;:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>rabbitmqctl list_users<\/p>\n\n<p>  If &#8220;openbee&#8221; does not exist, create it by running the following commands:<\/p>\n\n<p>rabbitmqctl.bat add_user openbee Openbee74<\/p>\n\n<p>rabbitmqctl.bat set_permissions -p \/ openbee &#8220;.*&#8221;
