Known symptoms:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • After an update, the client cannot connect to browsers (Firefox and Chrome), it is redirected directly to the login page.<\/li>\n
  • However, it is possible to connect via IE or EDGE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n

    Step One<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Navigate to the sfWebController.class.php file under the following directory: openbeeportallibvendorsymfony1.5libcontroller<\/em><\/p>\n

    Step Two
    \n<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Open the file with Notepad++<\/li>\n
    • Go to Redirect() function<\/li>\n
    • Change the code below on line 199:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      with the following code: <\/p>\n

      Check that you have CLEAR CACHE <\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n
