On this page you will find a <strong>non-exhaustive<\/strong> list of good practices to be implemented in this context.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This documentation gives only a few examples, many other solutions are possible and we do not recommend any particular solution. Open Bee <strong>cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the operation of your Open Bee\u2122<\/strong>\u2122 Portal &#8220;On Premise&#8221; on the Internet.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To ensure the security of a web application, it is (at a minimum) necessary to:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.4285715;\">Do not open any ports other than HTTPS on the machine hosting Open Bee\u2122 Portal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.4285715;\">Update servers regularly<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Use an SSL certificate<span style=\"line-height: 1.4285715;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Have a <a class=\"external-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.owasp.org\/index.php\/Web_Application_Firewall\" rel=\"nofollow\">WAF <\/a>(Web Application Firewall)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Open Bee\u2122 Portal, in its &#8220;Site&#8221; version, is packaged with its own web server. By opening it on the Internet, it becomes necessary to carry out maintenance on this pre-established configuration. As these changes can be tricky, lead to application regressions or be overwritten during Open Bee Portal updates, we <strong style=\"line-height: 1.4285715;\">strongly<\/strong> advise you to install a reverse proxy upstream of the Open Bee\u2122\u2122 Portal server.
