In the case of folders and documents, it contains the item&#8217;s path in the tree.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comment:<\/strong>Comments related to the transaction<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Status<\/strong> : The status of the action: Success or failure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Extras: <\/strong>Contains additional information e.g.:<strong> Size&#8230;<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Integrity<\/strong> : The result of the integrity check of the log item.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Health Check Date<\/strong> : The date on which the last health check of the log item was performed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Filters on the following items allow you to quickly select the information you are looking for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actions Performed<\/li>\n<li>Users who performed the action<\/li>\n<li>Date Ranges<\/li>\n<li>Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Integrity Verification Date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A global filter can also be applied to Secure Storage Spaces.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Journaux-Horodatage\">Timestamp<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/273356244-translated.jpg\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/273356244-translated.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Log items<strong> are timestamped in batches<\/strong>. These batches can be viewed in the &#8220;<strong>Timestamp<\/strong>&#8221; tab.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;<strong>Timestamp Settings<\/strong>&#8221; tab allows you to define how batches are set up and timestamped.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/273356245-translated.jpg\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/273356245-translated.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There are two parameters to consider when creating these batches:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The number of records added since the last timestamp<\/li>\n<li>the time elapsed\u00a0since the last timestamp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Both of these settings are set to 1000 items and 24 hours by default. As soon as the system detects that one of these limits has been reached, a new timestamp is made.<\/p>\n<p>By default, the external TSA\u00a0 (Time Stamping Authority) time server used for the timestamping of these batches is the Open Bee\u2122 one.<\/p>\n<p>It is possible to specify in the settings another server that complies with <a class=\"external-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ietf.org\/rfc\/rfc3161.txt\" rel=\"nofollow\">RFC 3161<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Journaux-Int\u00e9grit\u00e9desjournaux\">Log Integrity<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"Journaux-Int\u00e9grit\u00e9d'unouplusieurs\u00e9l\u00e9ments\">Integrity of one or more elements<\/h3>\n<p>To check the integrity of the logs, select the log items you want to check, then go to the &#8220;<strong>Action on selected items<\/strong>&#8221; button.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/273356246-translated.jpg\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/273356246-translated.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The result of the integrity check is displayed in the &#8220;<strong>Integrity<\/strong>&#8221; column.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;<strong>Integrity verification date<\/strong>&#8221; column contains the date the verification was completed. This checks each selected row one at a time.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/250449379-translated.png\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/250449379-translated.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The verification is carried out by comparing:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>A fingerprint of the entry that was calculated and stored when it was created<\/li>\n<li>a recalculated input footprint (using the same process) at the time of verification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"Journaux-Int\u00e9grit\u00e9deslots\">Batch Integrity<\/h3>\n<p>It is possible to verify the integrity of one or more timestamp batches. This operation verifies each batch and their continuity.
