These variables can be used in the content of the email and will be dynamically replaced by Open Bee\u2122 Portal when the email is sent.<\/p>\n<p>Example: &#8220;%fullmane%&#8221; will be replaced by &#8220;Pierre&#8221; when sending an email to a user whose name is &#8220;Pierre&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>5\/ Some email templates can be duplicated in order to send different messages depending on the context<\/p>\n<h1 id=\"Personnalisationdesemails-Modificationd'unmod\u00e8led'email\"><u>Editing an email template  <\/u><\/h1>\n<p><u><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/281542672-translated.png\" width=\"900\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/281542672-translated.png\"><\/u><\/p>\n<p>1\/ Select the language of the email you want to change<\/p>\n<p>2\/ Modify the subject of the email to be sent<\/p>\n<p>3\/ Modify the content of the body of the email to be sent<\/p>\n<p>4\/ In the right-hand column, you will find a list of variables related to email.
