In addition, this particular role limits the user to a subfolder of the folder tree, which severely limits their ability to use the product. Users created by an <a href=\"Extranet_252477461.html\">Extranet<\/a> have this role.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Viewing<\/strong>: Allows access to all folders and features but read-only only. However, a user with the consultation role can fill out a form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nSystem roles are not deleteable but can be changed to a certain extent.\n<h2 id=\"R\u00f4les-Ajouteretmodifierunr\u00f4le\">Add and edit a role<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n \t<li>To add a new role, click the &#8220;<strong>Add<\/strong>&#8221; button.<\/li>\n \t<li>To edit a role, click the name of the role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/273355911-translated.png\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/273355911-translated.png\" \/>\n\nIn both cases, the following form appears:\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>Name<\/strong> : The name of the role, as it will later appear in the usage creation form.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Default group: <\/strong> A group to which a user will be automatically assigned when they are created with this role.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Permissions <\/strong>: Features of the application that the user with this role will be able to use<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/273355912-translated.jpg\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/273355912-translated.jpg\" \/>\n<h2 id=\"R\u00f4les-D\u00e9taildespermissions\">Permissions Detail<\/h2>\n<h2 id=\"R\u00f4les-\"><\/h2>\n<div class=\"col-md-12 nopadding\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n \t<li><strong>Dashboard<\/strong> : Accessing the dashboard<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Documents<\/strong> : Access to Document Navigation<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Leaderboard<\/strong> : Access to the leaderboard area and the drop zone<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Administration<\/strong> : Required for access to the administration area. Checking only this role displays the &#8220;<strong>Administration<\/strong>&#8221; menu. Each of the subsections of the administration has a corresponding permission<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Manage users in a group: <\/strong> Allows you to assign users to a group <span style=\"color: #575757;\">\n<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Manage an administrator account<\/strong>: allows you to edit user accounts with the &#8220;Administrator&#8221;<strong> and &#8220;<strong>Functional Administrator<\/strong>&#8221; roles<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"color: #575757;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dynamic Link Administration<\/span> :<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Allows you to provide access to the dynamic link settings screen <\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Consultation of the links:<\/strong> Allows you to view links in the search screen, document tree, and document preview screen<\/li>\n \t<li><strong><strong>Dynamic Link Tracking: <\/strong>\n<\/strong>Allows you to show\/hide the batch link tracking screen, including dynamic link information.
