and &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/en\/open-bee-portal\/administrators-guide\/automatic-sharing\/\"><strong>Automatic Sharing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/a><strong>&#8220;<\/strong> <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/273356288-translated.jpg\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/273356288-translated.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The &#8221; <strong> Sharing&#8221;<\/strong> section of the administration allows you to view shared documents and set up a share<\/p>\n<p>You can also find the history of all shared documents.<\/p>\n<h1 id=\"Partage-Listedespartages\">List of shares<\/h1>\n<p>Click on &#8220;<strong>Administration<\/strong>&#8221;
