If no account is yet listed, we invite you to import them from your accounting ERP by following the instructions on <a href=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/en\/open-bee-scan-capture\/administrators-guide\/accounting\/setting-up-the-accounting-import\/\">this page<\/a>. For the sake of understanding, a third-party account refers to either a vendor account or a customer account. <strong>All account deletion, modification and addition actions<\/strong> carried out within Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture<strong> will not impact your accounting within your accounting ERP<\/strong>. Only the addition of an account can be reflected on your Accounting ERP via an export, if it allows it.<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Gestiondescomptes-Lesfiltres\">Filters<\/h1>\n\n<p>On this part of the software, at the top of the page, filters are available to help you search for the desired account(s) more easily.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/256245833.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Folder<\/strong>: This filter is <strong><u>mandatory<\/u> <\/strong>to see the list of your different accounts. This is because without a value on this filter, Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture will not be able to show you the accounts you are interested in.<\/li><li><strong>Type<\/strong>: This filter allows you to display only a portion of your accounts out of these:<ul><li>Accounts Payable<\/li><li>Customer Account<\/li><li>Expense account<\/li><li>VAT account<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Account<\/strong>: This text field will allow you to search for an account by typing all or part of:<ul><li>their account number (for third-party accounts, we will only look in the third-party account and not in the master account)<\/li><li>Label: You can enter a word in the middle of the label for the search<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Gestiondescomptes-L'affichage\">Display<\/h1>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Gestiondescomptes-Colonnedes&#xE9;lection\">Selection Column<\/h2>\n\n<p>Filtered accounts are displayed on the left side of your screen, ordered by account (so third-party accounts will be placed in relation to their central account)<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/278200596.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>These are displayed in the following formats:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>For G\/L Accounts:<strong> Account Number<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Label<\/strong><\/li><li>For Third-Party Accounts: <strong>Third-Party Account Number<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Label<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>To view the details of an account, simply select the account from the list.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Gestiondescomptes-Led&#xE9;tail\">The detail<\/h2>\n\n<p>Once the account has been selected, the poster of its details will appear on the right side of your screen.<br\/>The detail will depend on the type of account selected:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/278200602.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/278200600.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/278200601.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The account type and wording are common to all details.<\/p>\n\n<p>G\/L Account Number: Corresponds to the G\/L account, except in the case of a third-party account where it corresponds to their centralizer.<\/p>\n\n<p>Breakdown: Allows you to know if the selected account allows analytical breakdown.<\/p>\n\n<p>Third-Party Account Number: (Only in the case of third-party accounts) Refers to the Third-Party Account<\/p>\n\n<p>VAT Rate: (Only in the case of VAT accounts) Refers to the rate linked to the selected account.<em>  This information is optional, Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture does not base its account application on this indication<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Gestiondescomptes-Informationsuppl&#xE9;mentaires(Disponible&#xE0;partirde3.4.1)\">Additional Information<\/h3>\n\n<p>You can store additional information for your accounts on Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture . Its information can be retrieved via an accounting database import or manually entered into Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture.<\/p>\n\n<p>The purpose of storing its information is simply to be able to feed it into the accounting output carried out by the software.<\/p>\n\n<p>Its information is recorded in the form of:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A label (Used during export to bind a variable with this information). If possible, this heading should be capitalized and avoid spaces and special characters. This avoids unpleasant surprises when binding to a variable.<\/li><li>Value<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Gestiondescomptes-\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/278200603.png\"\/><\/h1>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Gestiondescomptes-Lesactions\">Actions<\/h1>\n\n<p>Please note that the actions of modification, deletion and addition of accounts are subject to specific rights. If you do not have the rights to these actions, please contact your administrator<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Gestiondescomptes-Modificationd'uncompte\">Changing an account<\/h2>\n\n<p>To <strong>edit<\/strong> an account, simply select it from the list and edit the details(s) of the account that you don&#8217;t like, before validating. It&#8217;s possible that some warnings like this <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/256245832.jpg\"\/> will prevent you from validating. Be sure to comply with them or change your accounting setup as shown on <a href=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/en\/open-bee-scan-capture\/administrators-guide\/accounting\/accounting-setup\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"8308\">this page<\/a><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Gestiondescomptes-Ajoutd'uncompte\">Adding an account<\/h2>\n\n<p>To add an account:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Press<\/strong> the add account button <em>(If it is not visible, it means that you do not have the right to create an account)<\/em><\/li><li><strong>Edit<\/strong> your new account details.
