{"id":21011,"date":"2022-04-11T13:55:46","date_gmt":"2022-04-11T11:55:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/open-bee-scan-capture\/administrators-guide\/accounting\/setting-up-the-accounting-export\/"},"modified":"2026-05-13T09:35:53","modified_gmt":"2026-05-13T07:35:53","slug":"setting-up-the-accounting-export","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/en\/open-bee-scan-capture\/administrators-guide\/accounting\/setting-up-the-accounting-export\/","title":{"rendered":"Setting up the accounting export"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Configurationdel'exportcomptable-G&#xE9;n&#xE9;ral\">General<\/h1>\n\n<p>The export allows you to transfer the accounting entries made with Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture to an accounting software.<\/p>\n\n<p>To access the accounting export configuration, simply go to the main menu: <em>&#8220;<strong>Accounting \/ Accounting export<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/278200617.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Configurationdel'exportcomptable-Premi&#xE8;reconfiguration\">First setup<\/h1>\n\n<p>If the accounting export is not yet configured, a blank page opens with only a &#8220;type&#8221; list. This list allows you to choose the form in which you want to export the entries.<\/p>\n\n<p>Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture has been designed to be flexible so that you can export entries to multiple accounting applications.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/256245809.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The following types are available:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>File<\/strong> : It is suitable for most applications. A text file is generated from the lines of entries made. This file will be saved by the console to the user&#8217;s computer.<\/li><li><strong>API<\/strong> : Enables direct communication between the console and the accounting application. The transfer of writes is invisible to the user (after starting the export) but requires specific libraries.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Configurationdel'exportcomptable-Profild'export\">Export Profile<\/h2>\n\n<p>Once the import type is selected, Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture will then ask you for the profile to use for your type.<\/p>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/256245807.png\"\/><br\/>A profile, in the sense of Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture, is a specification of your export type. Currently, all file export formats are handled in the same way, so there is only one possible choice: &#8220;<strong>All<\/strong>&#8220;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Configurationdel'exportcomptable-Mod&#xE8;led'export\">Export model<\/h2>\n\n<p>When your export type and profile are selected, Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture will open a window where you can select or create your export template.<br\/>An export template is a template that is pre-configured and saved in your Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture so that you don&#8217;t have to do it again later. By default, frequently used templates are pre-set when Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture is installed and are ready to use.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/278200618.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Configurationdel'exportcomptable-Choixd'unmod&#xE8;lepr&#xE9;d&#xE9;fini\">Choosing a predefined template<\/h3>\n\n<p>If your accounting software is already in the predefined templates, then you just need to click on it and then click on the &#8220;<strong>Open<\/strong>&#8221; button. This template will then be used as the default template for export to Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Configurationdel'exportcomptable-Cr&#xE9;ationd'unmod&#xE8;le\">Creating a Template<\/h3>\n\n<p>If your template doesn&#8217;t exist, then you can create it by clicking on the &#8220;Add New Template&#8221; button, a new row will appear from your template list. The template was set as the default template directly when it was created. All you need to do is come up with a suitable name and click the &#8220;<strong>Open<\/strong>&#8221; button to save it.<\/p>\n\n<p>Once you have chosen a model, it will be opened directly on the next visit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>General The export allows you to transfer the accounting entries made with Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture to an accounting software.
