This can be configured for each model, for the entire application, by folder or by third party.<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Gestiondesdoublons-Param&#xE9;trage\">Parameterization<\/h1>\n\n<p>This setting can be found in &#8220;<strong>Template management<\/strong>&#8220;, tab &#8220;<strong>Index settings<\/strong>&#8220;. You then need to select the folder to be set up and the template associated with the business partner or folder.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/278200683.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>In our example, <strong>we&#8217;ll<\/strong> change the duplicate handling for the &#8220;Purchase Invoice&#8221; template from &#8220;<strong>All Templates<\/strong>&#8220;<\/p>\n\n<p>Inside the index pane, click on &#8220;<strong>General<\/strong>&#8221; to open a panel containing the configuration of duplicate management.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/278200682.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The bottom part contains a list of indexes available for the selected model. Each checked field will be used to identify potential duplicates.<\/p>\n\n<p>By default, duplicate detection is based on:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The date of the document<\/li><li>Invoice number<\/li><li>The amount incl. VAT<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>In order for two documents to be detected as duplicates, all indexes corresponding to the selected indexes must have identical values.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Gestiondesdoublons-Affichage\">Display<\/h1>\n\n<p>Duplicate documents are highlighted in the &#8220;<strong>Video coding<\/strong>&#8221; tab with a different color.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the following example, document <strong>27393803<\/strong> is detected as a duplicate.<\/p>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/278200680.png\"\/><br\/>When opening the document, a banner will appear to remind you of the presence of a duplicate.
