Each profile represents an output that will be executed for a specific document type<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Param&#xE9;tragedesortie-SortiesDisponibles\">Available Outputs<\/h2>\n\n<p>Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture allows you to send absorbed documents in several ways:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Towards a DMS (Data Management System), Open Bee\u2122 Portal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a file tree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Running a Javascript script<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>To access the output settings, simply go to the <em>&#8220;Configuration&#8221;\/&#8221;Settings&#8221;<\/em> page and then the <em>&#8220;Output settings&#8221; tab.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configuring Profiles<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Adding a profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To add an export profile, simply click on the &#8220;Add Output&#8221; button<br \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11103\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/PrtScr-capture.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"183\" height=\"37\"><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Deleting a profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To delete a profile:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select this one from the list<\/li>\n<li>Right-click<\/li>\n<li>Delete<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11104\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/PrtScr-capture-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"301\" height=\"63\"><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Editing a profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Once your profile is selected, the setup screen will appear<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11105 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/PrtScr-capture_3-1024x601.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/PrtScr-capture_3-1024x601.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/PrtScr-capture_3-300x176.jpg 300w, https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/PrtScr-capture_3-768x451.jpg 768w, https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/PrtScr-capture_3.jpg 1401w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It is divided into two parts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>A general part<\/u> : This one has options that can be found for all output profiles<\/li>\n<li><u>A specific part<\/u> : This includes options specific to the type of output profile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>General part<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Context<\/h5>\n\n<p><u>Type<\/u> : Allows you to choose the type of profile. This can be of three types:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><u>DMS<\/u> : Portal Output<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><u>Windows<\/u> : Creating a Windows File (Available only in OnPremise)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><u>Script<\/u> : Running a Javascript script  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><u>Document Type<\/u> : Allows you to choose which type of document this output profile will apply to<br\/><u>Name<\/u> : Profile name<br\/><u>Triggering<\/u> : Option to choose the time to trigger the profile (After videocoding, After accounting entries, After accounting export<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trigger details<\/h5>\n\n<p>Triggers are ordered as follows:<br\/>After Accounting &gt; Export After Accounting Entries After Videocoding &gt;<\/p>\n\n<p><u>Warning<\/u> : The &#8220;After accounting export&#8221; trigger is subject to certain restrictions, outputs that have already been successfully completed will not be retriggered, unlike other triggers. <em>(See example 3)<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><u>Example 1<\/u> : I validate my ledger entries =&gt; The outputs &#8220;After videocoding&#8221; and &#8220;After accounting entries&#8221; will be triggered whether they have been made successfully or not.  <\/p>\n\n<p><u>Example 2<\/u> : I come back to a document that has a failed DMS output (After videoencoding) and a script output successfully completed (After accounting entry), revalidating this document that has already been videocoded will retrigger both of these outputs.<\/p>\n\n<p> <u>Example 3<\/u> : I&#8217;m exporting my ledger entry batch. My documents have three outputs:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DMS (After Videocoding \/ Success)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Script (After Accounting Entry \/ Failure)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Script (After accounting export \/ Not yet triggered)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Exporting the batch will:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trigger the script output &#8220;After accounting export&#8221;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trigger the script output &#8220;After accounting entry&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Folder<\/h5>\n\n<p>This section allows you to select the folders to which the output should be applied<\/p>\n\n<p><u>Enable for all new folders<\/u> : If this check box is selected, the output will be applied by default to new folders created in Capture<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conditions<\/h5>\n\n<p>It is possible to subject the output profile to certain conditions. It is therefore possible to make the document export with output only if a certain index is (equal, greater, &#8230;) to a specific value<br\/><em>Ex. Total incl. VAT &gt; 500.00<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Multiple conditions can be applied to the same output.
