These can be used for document ingest or export.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Description<\/h2>\n\n<p>You will find the list of configured DMSs on the left side of the screen. Each DMS can be deleted using the right-click menu or edit by clicking on the  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"309\" height=\"84\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11127\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-1.png 309w, https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-1-300x82.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 309px) 100vw, 309px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"SortieDMS(OpenBeePortal)-Connexion\">Configuration<\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"213\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-3-1024x213.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11132\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-3-1024x213.png 1024w, https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-3-300x62.png 300w, https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-3-768x160.png 768w, https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-3.png 1447w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture requires the following information to communicate with Open Bee\u2122 Portal:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Protocol: click on the protocol to switch between http and https<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The address of the server<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The port<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>You can choose between two connection modes using the button next to the connection port field  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/273356116.png\"\/><\/p>\n\n<p>In the case of login by credentials:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The user login that will be used to create the documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user&#8217;s password<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/273356115.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>In the case of an API key connection:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The API key from Open Bee\u2122 Portal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/273356114.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Option DMS<\/h2>\n\n<p><u>Enable automatic document snapping<\/u> : This allows, as the name suggests, to allow automatic snapping of documents on DMS folders configured for Capture folder absorption.<\/p>\n\n<p><u>Enable document deletion<\/u> : This option means that deleting a document on Capture, will result in the deletion of the linked document on Open Bee\u2122 Portal<\/p>\n\n<p><u>Update document indexes from Open Bee\u2122 Portal<\/u>: This option allows you to synchronize the information visualized within the videocoding with the document&#8217;s metadata on Open Bee\u2122 Portal.<\/p>\n\n<p><u>List synchronization<\/u> : This allows you to send the list of Capture third parties to a list in Open Bee\u2122 Portal and keep this list up to date.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Synchronizing Lists<\/h4>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"441\" height=\"234\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11131\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-2.png 441w, https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-2-300x159.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 441px) 100vw, 441px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>When configuring these syncs, you will need to select the &#8220;Third-party type&#8221; of Capture to be uploaded from the Open Bee\u2122 Portal list.<br\/>Multiple synchronizations can be set up, for each type of party.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Generality It is possible to set up multiple DMSs within Capture.
