This makes it possible to create a single file containing information from several documents and thus facilitate the import of the exported data.<\/p>\n\n<p>To configure this export, go to the &#8220;General Settings&#8221; menu, then &#8220;Output Settings&#8221; and finally choose the output to be configured.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"837\" height=\"91\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15617\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-1.png 837w, https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-1-300x33.png 300w, https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-1-768x83.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 837px) 100vw, 837px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>On the first line, you can choose<strong> to schedule the export<\/strong>. This means that Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture will <strong>automatically<\/strong> choose to export the ready documents, as soon as it <strong>has enough<\/strong> of them. Here we have a scheduled export every 1 document. So we have 1 data file = 1 document.<\/p>\n\n<p>On this same line, you have a drop-down list that allows you to <strong>group your documents.<\/strong> By default, it is set to &#8220;all-in-one&#8221;, which means that all documents will be exported indiscriminately. The other values allow you to group documents by folder, business partner, or document type.<\/p>\n\n<p>In this way, you can set up the export to: &#8220;<em>Create a data file every 10 invoices&#8221;<\/em> or &#8220;<em>Create a data export file every 100 documents per folder&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/264537592.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">List of documents<\/h3>\n\n<p>To find the list of documents waiting to be exported, you can go to the &#8220;Configuration&#8221; menu and then &#8220;File export&#8221;. You will find a list of documents waiting to be exported because Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture has not yet accumulated enough documents to reach the configured limit, or automatic export is disabled.
