This means that an invoice must correspond to a PDF file.<\/p>\n\n<p>Single-page or multi-page supplier invoices can be scanned in batches (provided that the MFP or scanner has the &#8221; <strong>page separator<\/strong> &#8221; function) if the invoices have the same number of pages.<\/p>\n\n<p>Files will need to be scanned in PDF Image format (Version 1.7 or earlier).  <\/p>\n\n<p>Digitized documents must be of sufficient quality to allow them to be used.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The purpose of this step is to dematerialize the documents from a paper format to a PDF format, interpretable by Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture.
