In addition, on the Gateway logs there is a brief disconnection\/reconnection.<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"id-[ImportSQL\/OM]Comptenonimport&#xE9;s(Gateway)-Explication\">Explanation<\/h1>\n\n<p>This may be because the number of accounts to be imported between Capture and the Gateway exceeds the default data transmission limit. This causes the connection between the software to be cut off<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"id-[ImportSQL\/OM]Comptenonimport&#xE9;s(Gateway)-Solution\">Solution<\/h1>\n\n<p>Within the start-capture.bat file, add the parameter <em>-Dwebsocket.frame.maxLength = 2000m<\/em> after the file parameters to increase this limit.
