Conversion Service) is a service for extracting textual elements from documents. This service is a component of the electronic document management application Open Bee\u2122 Portal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Open Bee\u2122 Scan OCS performs<\/strong> different types of operations:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>extracting text from documents to enable full-text searching,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transforming a document into a PDF file or image thumbnails to allow preview,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>document signing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The user does not have the possibility to work directly with the <strong>Open Bee\u2122 Scan OCS<\/strong> tool which is a software component of <strong>Open Bee\u2122 Portal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>However, <a href=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/en\/open-bee-portal\/administrators-guide\/open-bee-scan-o-c-s\/\">an administration interface that<\/a> displays the status of operations and allows you to perform administrative tasks is available in <strong>Open Bee\u2122 Portal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>Language limitation:<\/strong> It is not possible to perform multilingual recognition on the same document with Open Bee OCS.
