{"id":21384,"date":"2022-04-11T13:48:40","date_gmt":"2022-04-11T11:48:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/open-bee-eform\/user-guide\/"},"modified":"2026-05-13T09:36:56","modified_gmt":"2026-05-13T07:36:56","slug":"user-guide","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/en\/open-bee-eform\/user-guide\/","title":{"rendered":"User Guide"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"#Guideutilisateur-Compl%C3%A9terunformulaire\">Fill out a form<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#Guideutilisateur-Pr%C3%A9-remplir%C3%A0partird'undocument\">Pre-fill from a document<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Guideutilisateur-Compl&#xE9;terunformulaire\">Fill out a form<\/h1>\n\n<p>In the menu on the left, if you have the necessary rights and if there is at least one form created, you can fill out a form.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/273908056-translated.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Click on &#8220;<strong>Form<\/strong>&#8221; to view the list of forms you can complete.  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>If you are an administrator of the Open Bee\u2122 eForm module, you can complete a form by clicking on the &#8220;<strong>Actions<\/strong>&#8221; icon and then &#8220;<strong>Fill out a form<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/273908060.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Select the form you want to complete and click &#8220;<strong>Complete<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n<p>You can fill out the form, enter the different answers and click on &#8220;<strong>Submit<\/strong>&#8221; to save your answers.  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>You cannot validate a form if you have not completed all the mandatory elements.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>You are redirected to the preview of the form response.<\/p>\n\n<p>The generated document can be a DOCX file, a PDF file, or 2 versions of the response, DOCX, and PDF.<\/p>\n\n<p>This setting is defined in the form&#8217;s setting, <a href=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/en\/open-bee-eform\/administrators-guide\/\">Collation Format.<\/a><\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Guideutilisateur-Pr&#xE9;-remplir&#xE0;partird'undocument\">Pre-fill from a document<\/h1>\n\n<p>When you complete a form, you can choose to pre-populate fields from an existing document.
