It also allows you to perform several actions.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, when a signature is &#8220;in progress&#8221;, you can:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>&#8220;Refresh&#8221;, this allows you to query the signature provider to be able to find out if the status of your signature has changed.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Undo&#8221; allows you to cancel a signature in progress.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Refollow&#8221; allows you to send a reminder email to the signatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/273908241.jpg\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/273908241.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>When a signature is marked as failed, 2 actions are possible<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>&#8220;Edit&#8221; allows you to edit a failed request to resubmit it for signature.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Resubmit&#8221; allows you to resend the signature without changing the original data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/273908240.jpg\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/273908240.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>You can also click on the status of a signature to see the history of all signatures that have been made on a document.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/273908239.jpg\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/273908239.jpg\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Please note that the update of the signature status is carried out by night processing in the case of Universign and SwissSign, whereas it will be done immediately with DocuSign.<\/p>\n<p>However, it is possible to immediately refresh the status of a signature with the <em>&#8220;Refresh&#8221;<\/em> action available on each document.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Use A signature tracking table will allow you to view all signature shipments made as well as their status.
