Indeed, an <strong>Add a post-it<\/strong> note permission in the Edit category allows the use of post-its.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"210\" height=\"216\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/image-8.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12756\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Configuration\">Configuration<\/h1>\n\n<p>To access the configuration, please click on the Post-its menu in the left bar. Then, you can click on the Configuration tab.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"476\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Post_its_configuration-1024x476.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12664\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Post_its_configuration-1024x476.png 1024w, https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Post_its_configuration-300x139.png 300w, https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Post_its_configuration-768x357.png 768w, https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Post_its_configuration.png 1328w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Destinataires\">Recipients<\/h2>\n\n<p>This option allows you to set the default behavior for the Recipients field of a post-it note.<br\/>Two values are available: <strong>Empty<\/strong> or <strong>Everyone.<\/strong><br\/>With the default value of Blank, the list of recipients will be empty, so the user will be prompted to fill in this field before they can send a post-it. You can set the value to Everyone by default, so that all users of the EDM will receive the post-it.<\/p>\n\n<p>Please note that the notion of Everyone uses the restrictions of the recipient lists if they are configured.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Restriction_liste\">Recipient List Restriction<\/h2>\n\n<p>Use this part to set up a recipient list for a sender group.<br\/>Indeed, you may wish to limit the recipients of a post-it, for reasons of security, volume or other.  <br\/>For example: the Commerce user group does not have to send sticky notes to the other groups in the EDM. In this case, you can set up a Sender: Commerce, Receiver: Commerce association. For example, users in the Commerce group will only see users in this group in the Recipient field of a post-it note.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Action_rapide\">Fast-acting<\/h2>\n\n<p>This option allows you to choose the default behavior of the quick action icon.<br\/>You can choose between <strong>Add a tag or post-it note<\/strong> and <strong>Add a tag<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emails<\/h2>\n\n<p>An email summarizing the number of post-its received is sent to users. Here you can set the frequency of sending this email. Here are the available values:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Never<\/li><li>Every day<\/li><li>Weekly<\/li><li>Monthly<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Please note that for privacy reasons, the content of post-it notes is not included in this email.
