Open Bee\u2122 Portal<\/h2>\n\n

Open Bee\u2122 Portal version 6.7.2 or higher (the <\/strong>latest version is recommended<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n

Open Bee\u2122 Portal license<\/h2>\n\n

The Open Bee\u2122 Portal license must include the Open Bee\u2122 Portal module: Chorus Pro Connector.Open Bee\u2122 Portal: Chorus Pro Connector from version 6.8.3 is paid and must be included in the Open Bee\u2122 Portal license<\/p>\n\n

Creating a technical account via the Chorus Pro portal<\/h2>\n\n

The technical user allows the connection to the Chorus Pro system in PLC mode.Please follow the steps in the attached guide to create these technical credentials: Chorus Technical Account Creation<\/a> \/ Track Technical Account Creation<\/a>.If you have several establishments, you must create a technical account for each establishment. The creation of a technical account on the Chorus Pro portal requires a connection with a user with a “Main Manager<\/strong>” attachment on your structure.<\/p>\nA technical account is represented in this form: TECH_xnum\u00e9ro_SIRET@cpp2017.fr<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n

Creating an account on PISTE<\/h2>\n\n

For On Premise<\/strong> and Cloud<\/strong> installations planned after January 16, 2020, the authentication method with the Chorus Pro APIs has changed, you must create an account on PISTE.https:\/\/piste.gouv.fr\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n

The different stages are as follows:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Account creation. Page 7<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Create an application in production with the subscription to the Chorus Pro APIs. Page 14 Icon Please select all<\/strong> Chorus Pro APIs. This is important for the proper functioning of the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Retrieve OAuth IDs, Client ID, and Secret. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    The 3 pieces of information to keep from the PISTE portal are as follows:<\/p>\n– Le nom de l’application. Il sera utilis\u00e9 pour la demande de raccordement sur le portail Chorus Pro.
    – Le client ID (identifiants Oauth). Utilis\u00e9 dans la configuration du module Open Bee\u2122 Portal : Connecteur Chorus Pro.
    – Le secret (identifiants Oauth). Utils\u00e9 dans la configuration du module Open Bee\u2122 Portal : Connecteur Chorus Pro.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n

    Applying for a connection <\/h2>\n\n

    A connection request must be made to Chorus Pro. If you have several establishments, only one connection request is necessary.It is not necessary to validate a connection to the Chorus Pro qualification environment, you can work directly on the Chorus Pro production environment.<\/p>\n\n

    Open port 5443 (not required for a cloud installation)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

    The port used by Chorus Pro is 5443.Check that this port is open at your firewall. <\/p>\n\n

    To check if this port is open on the client’s network, you can use PowerShell on Windows and this command:Test-NetConnection -Port 5443 -ComputerName chorus-pro.gouv.fr<\/a> -InformationLevel Detailed<\/p>\n\n

    You have to look at the TcpTestSucceeded result. If it is set to False, there is a network problem.If successful:<\/p>\n\n
