The only way to change their permissions is through the Open Bee\u2122 Multi Sites module settings.<\/li>\n<li>It is not possible to edit their profile on remote Open Bee\u2122 Portal instances<\/li>\n<li>Only the Documents, Dashboard, Filing, Task List, and Forms permissions can be assigned to them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:42px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Remark<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite>Only &#8220;full&#8221; users can be selected <em>to have access to remote folders<\/em>.
