This key allows external software to securely log in to your account and perform transactions on your behalf.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/276922524.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Enable automatic deletion of documents: by checking this option, the document will be deleted on Open Bee\u2122 Portal if it is deleted on Open Bee Smart Capture<\/li><li>Update indexes from Open Open Bee\u2122 Portal<\/li><li>Enable automatic document absorption<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Configuration-D&#xE9;finirlesparam&#xE8;tresdeclassement-OpenBee&#x2122;Portal(param&#xE9;tragedesortie)\">Set Collation Settings &#8211; Open Bee\u2122 Portal (Output Settings)<\/h3>\n\n<p>This feature allows you to perform the association between the Smart capture document type and an Open Bee\u2122 Portal collation rule. The Smart capture document type will be used when filing the file in Open Bee\u2122 Portal.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Select the document type<\/li><li>Choose the Open Bee\u2122 Portal ranking rule you want to pair with.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/276922525.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Configuration-Groupes\">Groups<\/h2>\n\n<p>Groups are used to manipulate the access rights assigned to a set of users.<br\/>Go to &#8220;<strong>Configuration<\/strong>&#8221; tab &#8221; <strong>Groups<\/strong>s&#8221;. From this interface, you can Add\/Remove\/Edit groups.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Configuration-Ajouterungroupe\">Add a group<\/h3>\n\n<p>To add a group, simply click on the &#8220;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/276922526.png\"\/> &#8221; icon. A new group will be created with all rights and no users by default.<\/p>\n\n<p>To edit a group, several categories are available on the right side of the screen:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>General information:<\/strong> Change the group name<\/li><li>Pages : Restrict the display of pages (e.g. the index settings page)<\/li><li>Actions : Restrict the use of certain features (e.g. force unlocking documents)<\/li><li>Folders : The different folders accessible to users in this group<\/li><li>Users : The users contained in the group<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/276922527.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Configuration-Supprimerungroupe\">Delete a group<\/h3>\n\n<p>To delete a group, simply click on this icon  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/276922528.png\"\/><\/p>\n\n<p>A window will appear, click on &#8220;Validate&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/276922529.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Configuration-Configurationserveur\">Server Configuration<\/h2>\n\n<p>This interface allows you to configure and customize the configuration of certain smart Capture features.<\/p>\n\n<p>Trash Configuration:<\/p>\n\n<p>To set the retention period for deleted documents, click on the &#8220;hostConfigurationTrash&#8221; section<\/p>\n\n<p>You can change the period by clicking on the &#8220;retentionDays&#8221; line<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/276922530.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>You can also configure other features.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Configuration OCR<\/li><li>Configuration Gateway<\/li><li>&#8230;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Configuration-ConfigurationCapture\">Configuration Capture<\/h2>\n\n<p>Enter the IP address or the name of the server on which Open Bee\u2122 Scan Capture is installed, click on &#8220;<strong>Connect<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n<p>By default, the connection port to Smart Capture is always 8090.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/276922531.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>Output Setting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>It is possible to configure the time of sending each export at the desired time. By default, this is triggered after the videocoding of a document has been validated.
