This connection is made through a connection string specific to your database type, or even to your database version.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/276922418.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Choose whether you want to import the cost breakdown from your accounting software or not<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/276922419.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ImportcomptableBDD(SQL)-Typedeventilation\">Ventilation type<\/h4>\n\n<p>Two types of ventilation are available to you:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Breakdown by plans: Your accounting software sorts these accounting sections by plans. Ex: Wise.<\/li><li>Breakdown by sections: your accounting software does not have a concept of a plan and allows several sections on the same distribution line. Ex: Quadratus<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ImportcomptableBDD(SQL)-Machined&#x2019;ex&#xE9;cution\">Execution Machine<\/h4>\n\n<p>Accounting import via database (SQL) is done through Open Bee <strong>Gateway<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ImportcomptableBDD(SQL)-R&#xE9;alisationdesimportscomptables(SQL)\">Carrying out accounting imports (SQL)<\/h6>\n\n<p>To do so:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Install the Open Bee Gateway app on your pc<\/li><li>Configure the captured server address by entering the <strong>address<\/strong>,<strong> login<\/strong>, and <strong>password<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/276922422.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on the &#8220;<strong>Gateway<\/strong>&#8221; tab, then click on the &#8220;<strong>connect<\/strong>&#8221; button<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/276922628.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to Smart capture in the import profile interface (SQL) and refresh the page.<\/li><li>Check the box for the Gateway ID in the runtime machine  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/276922423.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to the Folder\/Account Management menu<\/li><li>Click the import icon<\/li><li>Choose the import profile &#8220;sage 1000 v6.5&#8221; and click on validate<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/276922625.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>For accounts:<\/strong> By clicking on each type of data to be imported, Smart Capture will open a text box that will allow you to fill in the corresponding query.  <\/p>\n\n<p>To specify the format to be used in queries, see this page: <a href=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/en\/open-bee-smart-capture\/administrator-guide\/accounting\/gateway\/accounting-import-bdd-sql\/formatting-sql-queries\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"9741\">Formatting SQL Queries<\/a><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/276922432.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>All you have to do now is press the &#8220;<strong>Save<\/strong>&#8221; button to save the changes made to your Template.<\/p>\n\n<p><a>\u00b7  <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Import Type Accounting import BDD (SQL) Start by choosing the type of import e.g. SQL Choose Name Connection string: This is when you need to fill in Smart Capture how it should connect to your database.
