Configuring Open Bee\u2122 Sync<\/span> Auto-Launch<\/span><\/h1>\n

Open Bee\u2122 Sync can be launched in three different ways:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • “Run Open Bee\u2122 Sync on session start” will automatically launch Open Bee\u2122 Sync when the user who has set up the configuration logs on to Windows.<\/span>
    \nIf the Windows session is not open, no synchronization will be initiated.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • “Run Open Bee\u2122 Sync when Windows starts” will automatically launch Open Bee\u2122 Sync when the workstation starts.<\/span>
      \nThe synchronization will be initiated automatically at the set frequency even if no Windows session is open.
      \nNote<\/u> : Enabling this option requires admin rights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • If neither of the two options below is checked,  Open Bee\u2122 Sync will have to be run manually<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Language selection<\/h1>\n

        You have the option to choose the display language of your software.<\/p>\n

        Setting up confirmations <\/h1>\n

        • \n
          \n View Transfer<\/strong>
          \n <\/u>
          \n<\/span>  Confirmation\u2013 This option will bring up the file transfer confirmation window in the “Filing” tab<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          <\/p>\n

            \n
          • Show “Sync folder unchecked” confirmation<\/strong>\n

            <\/u><\/p>\n

            <\/span> \u2013 This option brings up the following information window, which informs you that in theSync<\/strong><\/p>\n

            <\/span> tab, if you<\/span>uncheck a folder, it will be automatically deleted once the configuration is saved. <\/p>\n

            <\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            <\/p>\n

            <\/p>\n

            Once all your settings are configured, save the configuration by clicking on the “<\/span>Save<\/strong>” button.<\/span><\/p>\n
