column shows the date and time your files were synced or transferred.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044921.png\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044921.png\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The &#8220;<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n  <strong>Local folder<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>&#8221; column shows the location of the Open Bee\u2122 Portal local folder on your PC.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044918.png\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044918.png\"><\/li>\n<li>The &#8220;<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n  <strong>Target Folder<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>&#8221; column shows the name of the corresponding folder in your online Open Bee\u2122 Portal .<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044919.png\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044919.png\"><\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n  <strong>File name<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>&#8221; column shows the name of the file.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044920.png\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044920.png\"><\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n  <strong>Status<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>&#8221; column shows the status of your document&#8217;s processing. <span style=\"color: #000000;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The green square tells you that your document has been successfully synchronized.<br \/>\nThe red square tells you that there was a problem syncing.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"aui-message warning shadowed information-macro\">\n<div class=\"message-content\">\n<p>If you have encountered a sending problem, in &#8220;<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n  <strong>status<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>&#8221; the following message will appear:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n  <strong>There was an error while uploading the file(s)<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>&#8221;  <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In <span style=\"color: #000000;\">this case<\/span>, <\/span><span lang=\"FR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">the files sent from the<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ranking<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;<\/span><\/span> tab <span style=\"color: #000000;\">have not been transferred.<br \/>\nThe next synchronization will not synchronize them either, you will have to send the files again from the &#8220;<strong>Ranking&#8221;<\/strong> tab.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044916.png\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044916.png\"><\/p>\n<p>The following error message appears when you encounter a transfer issue:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044917.png\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044917.png\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 id=\"Onglet\" journaldes=\"\"><u>During a transfer or download:  <\/u><\/h5>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044915.png\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044915.png\"><\/p>\n<p>During a transfer, if you click on &#8221; <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n  <strong>In progress<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span> &#8221; you will have the possibility to cancel the transfer when it concerns several documents (the document being transferred cannot be cancelled).<\/p>\n<p>This window appears:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044914.png\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044914.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Click &#8220;<strong>Yes<\/strong>&#8221; to confirm the cancellation.<\/p>\n<p>The download of a file can be interrupted at any time if desired.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"Onglet\" journaldes=\"\"><u>Transfer completed:<\/u><\/h5>\n<p>The &#8220;<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n  <strong>File name<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>&#8221; column shows the name of the document and the &#8220;<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n  <strong>Status<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>&#8221; column shows the progress of its transfer:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044912.png\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/235044912.png\"><\/p>\n<p>A row is added to &#8220;<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n  <strong>Event Log<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Once the upload\/transfer is complete, the &#8220;<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n  <strong>status<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>&#8221; &#8220;in progress&#8221; will be renamed to &#8220;<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n  <strong>Completed<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>When the download is complete, the document will open automatically, its name will appear as a link in the &#8220;<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n  <strong>Event Log<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Clicking on this link will allow you to open the document.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Event Log tab notifies you of all the actions that took place during your syncs and transfers.
