The action of converting the email body to PDF can be customized.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The PDF rendering is based on a “Template” in HTML format.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Open Bee\u2122 eMail Capture contains 2 predefined “Templates”:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The first contains only the body of the email<\/li>\n
  2. The second contains first the header of the email and then the body of the email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    <\/p>\n

    The “Edit” Link allows you to edit these “Templates” and customize it.<\/p>\n

    Sender variables<\/strong>

    \n%emailSenderName% : The name of the sender<\/p>\n

    Variables relating to persons in copy<\/strong>
    \n%emailCCAddresses% : Email addresses of CC separated by commas
    \n%emailCCNames% : Name of the people in CC separated by commas<\/p>\n

    Variables relating to persons in copy<\/strong> Hidden<\/strong>

    \n%emailBCCNames% : Names of People in Hidden Copy Separated by Commas<\/p>\n
