If you click on &#8221; <strong>Default<\/strong> &#8220;, you will be able to rename your document in the &#8221; <strong>Document Name <\/strong>&#8221; section.<\/li>\n<li>Choose another classification rule, in this case, refer to the &#8221; <strong>Using advanced indexing<\/strong> &#8221; section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When you have renamed your file as desired, click &#8221; <strong>check in<\/strong> &#8221; to start archiving the document in Open Bee\u2122 Portal.<\/p>\n<p>Click &#8221; <strong>cancel <\/strong>&#8221; to cancel the leaderboard and close the window.<\/p>\n<p>Processing may take a few seconds, a progress bar informs you of the progress of the ranking.<\/p>\n<p>A window appears:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/190414915.png\" width=\"400\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/190414915.png\"><\/p>\n<p>You must indicate the folder in which you want to file your document. To do this, you can scroll down the Open Bee\u2122 Portal tree by clicking on the small &#8221; <strong>+<\/strong> &#8221; on the left of this folder.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/190414914.png\" width=\"400\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/190414914.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Your document is now categorized in the Open Bee\u2122 Portal tree.<\/p>\n<p>A tooltip will appear at the bottom of your screen in the taskbar to inform you of the result of your operation.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/190414913.png\" width=\"400\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/190414913.png\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"aui-message warning shadowed information-macro\">\n<div class=\"message-content\">\n<ul>\n<li>In this window, you cannot create an Open Bee\u2122 Portal directory. If you need to create a new directory, log in to Open Bee\u2122 Portal via your browser.<\/li>\n<li>Open Bee\u2122 Doc Office Manager archives only Microsoft Office documents and PDFs by default. If you want to archive other types of documents, you must fill them in the preferences file of Open Bee\u2122 Doc Office Manager.
