Click on &#8220;<strong>Add-ins<\/strong>&#8221; in the taskbar and then on &#8220;<strong>Open Bee\u2122 Portal<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n<p>A drop-down menu will appear, select &#8221; <strong>File in Open Bee\u2122 Portal<\/strong> &#8221; as below:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/190414898.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The &#8220;<strong>Open Bee\u2122 Portal<\/strong>&#8221; window appears. It has features specific to Microsoft Outlook:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/190414897.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>You can rename the email title to &#8221; <strong>Document Name <\/strong>&#8221; when there is only one email. In this window, you can select the emails and attachments to archive using the checkboxes; If you click on the &#8221; <strong>+&#8221;<\/strong> symbol, all the attachments in your email will be displayed:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/190414896.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>If you have selected two emails, the window will be presented as follows:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/190414901.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Click &#8221; <strong>next<\/strong> &#8221; to continue archiving. This window opens:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/190414900.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Select a directory in Open Bee\u2122 Portal to organize your email and its attachments. Once the directory is selected, click on &#8221; <strong>c<\/strong><strong>lasse <\/strong>&#8220;. The counters in the &#8220;Ranking Status&#8221; section update in real time. In addition, a tooltip will appear at the bottom of your screen in the taskbar to inform you of the result of your operation:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/190414899.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Emails are archived in PDF text format and attachments in their original formats.<\/p>\n\n<p>During archiving, Open Bee\u2122 Doc Office Manager creates a directory in Open Bee\u2122 Portal with the title of the email and in which it will archive the email in PDF format and the attachments in their native format.<\/p>\n\n<p>If you select only one attachment, Open Bee\u2122 Doc Office Manager will not create a directory and will archive the document in the Open Bee\u2122 Portal folder selected from the Microsoft Outlook folder list.<\/p>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/check.png\" alt=\"(checkmark)\"\/> If needed, you can refresh the Open Bee Portal tree via the Outlook menu &#8220;<strong>Open Bee\u2122 Portal &gt; Add-ins &gt; Refresh Open Bee\u2122 Portal<\/strong>Open Bee\u2122 Portal Portal&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Open Bee\u2122 Doc Office Manager only archives emails. You can&#8217;t archive other Microsoft Outlook objects such as meeting requests, appointments, or tasks.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ClassementdesdocumentsMicrosoftOutlook-Historique\">Historical<\/h1>\n\n<p>A history of Outlook rankings can be accessed from:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the ranking window by clicking on the &#8220;Details&#8221; button<\/li><li>or the ribbon in Outlook (Add-ins =&gt;Open Bee\u2122 Portal =&gt; Filing History).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>This history allows you to have a list of all the rankings made from Outlook.<\/p>\n\n<p>A counter is also present to indicate the number of errors that have appeared in previous rankings.
