If your device is in English, Open Bee\u2122 Mobile will be in English.<\/p>\n\n<p>Multi-account login (advanced use)<\/p>\n\n<p>  The multi-account feature allows you to manage multiple accounts in the app and easily switch between them. You must have at least two Open Bee\u2122 Portal accounts set up beforehand.<\/p>\n\n<p>  When logging in to the Open Bee mobile app for the first time:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Log in to the Open Bee Mobile app with your regular account.<\/li><li>Press the Menu <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579162.png\"\/> button on the home screen.<\/li><li>Tap the  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579163.png\"\/><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579164.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>At the bottom of this<strong> &#8220;<\/strong><strong>Account Management&#8221;<\/strong> interface, tap the <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579165.png\"\/><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579166.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The following interface is displayed<\/p>\n\n<p>A context menu appears at the bottom of the interface with two options: <strong>Enter Information<\/strong> or <strong>Scan Code<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>  Select your connection choice.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579167.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Connexion&#xE0;l&#x2019;application-1&#xE8;reoption:saisirlesinformations\">Option 1: Enter the information<\/h2>\n\n<p>If you choose this login option, enter the <strong>associated username<\/strong> and <strong>password<\/strong> and press the <strong>Next<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579168.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>  A new interface is displayed asking you to select the server where your Open Bee account is connected.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579169.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>If your server is not listed, click on the &#8221; <strong>Server not listed<\/strong> &#8221; button<\/p>\n\n<p>Enter your server address, then click on the &#8221; <strong>Next<\/strong> &#8221; button<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579170.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>You can now start using and customizing your new account if you wish.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Connexion&#xE0;l&#x2019;application-2&#xE8;meoption:ConnexionviaQRCode\">Option 2: Login via QR Code<\/h2>\n\n<p>To log in using a QR code<strong> :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click the Scan Code button<\/li><li>Select the rear camera.<\/li><li>Find your QR code in your user profile, from your web interface<\/li><li>Hold your device so that the QR code appears in the viewfinder of the Camera app. Your device recognizes the QR code and the account is automatically added<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579171.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579172.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579173.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>If you need further help, follow the instructions by clicking on the &#8220;<strong><em>Can&#8217;t find your code?&#8221; link.<\/em>\n  \n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Connexion&#xE0;l&#x2019;application-Motdepasseoubli&#xE9;\">Forgot your password<\/h2>\n\n<p>If you&#8217;ve forgotten your password and want to reset it, or if you&#8217;d like to change your password for security reasons, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n<p>Click on the <strong>&#8220;Forgot your password?&#8221; link.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Enter the address of the server on which your account is located as well as the email address associated with it, then click on the &#8221; <strong>REINTILAISER<\/strong> &#8221; button<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579175.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Follow the instructions in the verification email that will be sent to you<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;If you do not know this information, please contact your administrator&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Connexion&#xE0;l&#x2019;application-Passerd'uncompte&#xE0;unautreenmulti-comptesurl&#x2019;applicationOpenBeemobile\">Switch from one account to another in multi-account on the Open Bee mobile application<\/h2>\n\n<p>  The advantage of setting up several accounts in the application is to make navigation from one account to another simpler and faster, without the need to log out and log in again.<\/p>\n\n<p> To do this:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Press the Menu <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579176.png\"\/> key on the home screen, this action will display the list of connected accounts<\/li><li>  Then select the account you want to log in to.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579178.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>The different statuses of the accounts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579179.png\"\/>Connected account<\/p>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579180.png\"\/>Disconnected account<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Connexion&#xE0;l&#x2019;application-Suppressiond&#x2019;uncompte\">Deleting an account  <\/h2>\n\n<p>To remove an account from the Open Bee mobile app<\/p>\n\n<p>Press the Menu <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579181.png\"\/> button on the home screen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tap the  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579182.png\"\/><\/p>\n\n<p>The next window allows you to manage your accounts  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579183.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on the name of the account you want to delete<\/li><li>  Click on the &#8221;
