You can preview and dynamically classify your scanned and uploaded paper documents in your Open Bee\u2122 Portal document management space.<\/p>\n\n<p>Your documents awaiting filing look like this:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579315.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>To classify a document, select it from the list. A ranking interface will then be displayed.<\/p>\n\n<p>Select the folder in which you want to file the document and then click on the &#8220;<strong> File here<\/strong> &#8221; button at the bottom right of the interface<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579316.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>An add window appears:<\/p>\n\n<p>If you wish, you can change the document name by clicking on the  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579318.png\"\/><\/p>\n\n<p>You can also delete it by tapping the  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579319.png\"\/><\/p>\n\n<p>Click &#8221; <strong>Continue<\/strong> &#8221; to proceed to the next step<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579320.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Select the ranking rule you want.<\/p>\n\n<p>Fill in the document metadata that is displayed dynamically based on the type of document you choose.<\/p>\n\n<p>Click &#8221; <strong>continue<\/strong> &#8221; to proceed to the next step<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579321.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>A summary is displayed indicating the information filled in for the addition of the document.<\/p>\n\n<p>Finally, click on the <strong>&#8220;Classify Items<\/strong> &#8221; button.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579322.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>A notification informs you that your document is being imported and that you can check the progress of the import in the &#8221; <strong>Transfer<\/strong> &#8221; tab of the menu.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579323.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Classement-Ajouterducontenudepuisuneautreapplicationexterne\">Add content from another external application<\/h1>\n\n<p>You can also add a document to your Open Bee\u2122 Portal document management from another application on your mobile device.<\/p>\n\n<p> <strong> Example:<\/strong> an attachment to your emails.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579324.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>In most apps on your mobile device, there is an option to &#8220;open with&#8230;&#8221; or to &#8220;share&#8221; a file.
