<strong>Documents<\/strong> &#8221; tab from the retractable menu.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579381.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The interface for viewing your documents is divided into several sections:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579246.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Documents-Affichagedesdocumentsr&#xE9;cents\">Viewing recent documents<\/h1>\n\n<p>This list displays the most recently accessed documents.<\/p>\n\n<p>  To scroll through documents, drag documents from left to right<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579248.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Documents-Rechercherundocument\">Search for a document<\/h1>\n\n<p>To search for a document, click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579249.png\"\/> in the action bar:<\/p>\n\n<p>A search field appears, enter a search term and validate with the keyboard.<\/p>\n\n<p>Once the search is complete, the results appear in a new window similar to the list of documents:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579250.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Documents-Actionssurlesdocuments\">Actions on documents<\/h1>\n\n<p>Various actions can be performed on documents from the &#8220;Documents&#8221; It displays the preview of the document as well as its detailed information<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579264.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>You can perform the same actions on the document as from the document list: renaming, deleting, moving, etc.<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Documents-Commentairessurlesdocuments\">Comments on documents<\/h1>\n\n<p>You can add new comments, but you can also view existing comments for deletion or reply.<\/p>\n\n<p>To do this: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click to view the desired document<\/li><li>Click the<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579265.png\"\/><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>  A new window will then appear with the list of comments for the document:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579266.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>From this screen, you can:<\/p>\n\n<p>  Add a new comment by typing a text in the field:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579267.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Reply to a comment by clicking on the &#8221; <strong>Reply<\/strong> &#8221; button<\/p>\n\n<p>  To see the other options, click the  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579268.png\"\/><\/p>\n\n<p>  On this interface you can <strong>edit<\/strong> or <strong>delete<\/strong> a comment<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579269.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Documents-Modifierlesm&#xE9;tadonn&#xE9;esd&#x2019;undocument\">Edit a document&#8217;s metadata<\/h1>\n\n<p>It is possible to edit a document&#8217;s metadata from a document&#8217;s detail screen.<\/p>\n\n<p>  To access a document&#8217;s metadata<\/p>\n\n<p>View the desired document and click the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579270.png\"\/> to view the document&#8217;s properties.<\/p>\n\n<p>Click the ranking rule field<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579271.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The metadata view looks like this:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579272.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>On this interface, you can modify the metadata of the document and then choose to validate or cancel the changes made.<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Documents-Ajouterunnouveaudocument\">Add a new document<\/h1>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Documents-Importerducontenu\">Import content  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Import content from your mobile&#8217;s internal storage (iCloud Drive, email, files, &#8230;)<br\/>To add a new document from the &#8220;Documents&#8221; interface, please tap the &#8221; <strong>Import Content<\/strong> &#8221; button, then select the document you want.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579273.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Documents-AjouterunnouveaudocumentdepuisGalerie\">Add a new document from Gallery  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Add a new document from Gallery: This option allows you to add a document by selecting it from your device&#8217;s image gallery<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579274.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Documents-Capturerdumultim&#xE9;dia\">Capture multimedia  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Add a new document using the &#8221; <strong>capture multimedia<\/strong> &#8221; option: This option allows you to add a document by taking a photo directly with your device<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579275.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579276.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The following interface allows you to change the name of the new document by clicking on the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579277.png\"\/> , you can also delete the document by clicking on the  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579278.png\"\/><\/p>\n\n<p>You can also view the document in full page by clicking on the  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579279.png\"\/><\/p>\n\n<p>You also have the option to add multiple documents by clicking on the <strong>&#8220;Add more documents&#8221;<\/strong> button<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/275579280.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click the &#8221; <strong>Continue<\/strong> &#8221; button to choose a ranking rule.<\/li><li>Fill in the metadata values then click on the &#8220;<strong>Continue<\/strong> &#8221; button and click on the &#8221; <strong>Add documents<\/strong> &#8221;
