Documents sent with this key will not actually be sent and will keep a status of Created.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p><strong>Default Supervisor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Matches the default user if no match was found during an automatic send.<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Guideadministrateur-Emetteur\">Transmitter<\/h1>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/282460293.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Here you can set the sending address when you send mail with an acknowledgment of receipt.<\/p>\n\n<p>You can create multiple issuers, for example, for a company that has subsidiaries.<\/p>\n\n<p>Here are the different fields to fill in:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Name<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Enterprise<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Address<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Address complement 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Address complement 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Town<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Zip code<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Country<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Guideadministrateur-Profilsd'envoi\">Sending Profiles<\/h1>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/282460294.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Sending profiles are the print settings for a document sent to My Sending Box.<\/p>\n\n<p>Here is the different information you can configure:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Profile Name<\/strong> : The name of the sending profile to distinguish it when you have created more than one.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong> : An optional description of the sending profile.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Color<\/strong> : Color or Black &amp; White<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Front\/Side<\/strong> : Double-sided or Single-sided only.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Postage<\/strong> : Ecopli, Priority, Registered Letter or Registered Letter with acknowledgement of receipt.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Add address page<\/strong> : Check box. Allows you to add a blank sheet of paper that will contain the recipient&#8217;s address before the document to be printed.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Envelope Type<\/strong> : C6 (Small) or C4 (Large). Choice of envelope size, a C6 (Small) envelope will contain A4 sheets folded in 3.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Envelope window<\/strong> : Single or Double. The envelopes used by My Sending Box contain at least one window (transparent area) to display the recipient&#8217;s address. If you use a double envelope window, it displays the address of the sender as well as the recipient.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Management of undelivered items<\/strong> : Used if the postage is Registered Letter or Registered Letter with Acknowledgement of Receipt. Allows you to receive the acknowledgement of receipt by post.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Pixel margin to apply around document<\/strong> : To set a pixel margin around the document you want to print.<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Guideadministrateur-Envoiautomatique\">Automatic Dispatch<\/h1>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/282460296.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Use this tab to create auto-send rules.
