Document Vacuum Cycle Module reminders and a more basic reminder natively integrated into Open Bee\u2122 Portal. Please note that only lifecycle reminders allow you to benefit from the processing of reminders by creating a task or injecting into a workflow.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Open Bee\u2122 Portal native system do not appear in the reminder tracking screen.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Guideadministrateur-Saisiemanuelled&#x2019;unedated&#x2019;expirationsurundocument\">Manually create a reminder date on a document<\/h2>\n\n<p>You can manually enter a reminder date on a document from the advanced options.<\/p>\n\n<p>From the <strong>Documents <\/strong>interface:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Choose the desired document<\/li><li>Click the arrow and then click<strong> Advanced<\/strong><\/li><li>Click <strong>enter reminder date<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Set a <strong>reminder date<\/strong><\/li><li>Define <strong>Supervisors<\/strong>.<ul><li>Supervisors are the users who will be able to see and process this reminder<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Define <strong>an action<\/strong>, i.e. how the callback will be handled when it is triggered.<ul><li>No action is the same as processing the manual callback<\/li><li>Alternatively, you can associate this reminder with creating a task or injecting it into a workflow<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Optionally, define a <strong>pattern<\/strong>.<ul><li>This reason will be displayed in the reminder tracking screen<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Validate <\/strong>to create the reminder<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img document<\/h2>\n\n<p>You can edit reminders that are manually assigned to a document:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click the reminder icon associated with the document<\/li><li>Delete the reminder you want to change<\/li><li>Create the reminder again<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>It is possible to create multiple manual reminders on a document.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Reminders created by an automated rule are not editable.  <\/p><p>They will be processed from the reminder tracking interface.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Please note that manual entry is subject to permission on the file.
