These documents will be destroyed immediately and will not go through the Recycle Bin.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>MASK: <\/strong>The hide action allows you to keep documents in Open Bee\u2122 Portal , but these documents will no longer be visible to users by default.
