They are classified in subfolders of &#8220;\/HR\/<span style=\"color: #575757;\">Employee Area&#8221;. <\/span> <\/p>\n<p>From the &#8220;Administration \/ Extranet&#8221; section, you will be able to view all the employee areas and create the users who will be associated with these folders.<\/p>\n<p>Refer to the Extranet administrator documentation for more details.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"GuideresponsableRH-Automatiserlacr\u00e9ationdesespacescollaborateurs\">Automate the creation of employee spaces<\/h2>\n<p>If Open Bee\u2122 ERP Manager is able to retrieve employees&#8217; emails from the BPE or from your HR ERP database, it is possible to automatically create employee spaces thanks to the automatic account creation function of the Extranet.<\/p>\n<p>Refer to the Extranet administrator documentation for more details.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"GuideresponsableRH-ConfigurationduComptePersonneld'Activit\u00e9(CPA)\">Setting up the Personal Activity Account (CPA)<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>OBSOLETE: The Caisse des D\u00e9p\u00f4ts has stopped this service.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Open Bee\u2122 BPE module allows connectivity to the CPA, which reads the BPE in the employees&#8217; spaces.<\/p>\n<p>This interconnection is based on an association between the metadata below of the &#8220;Payslip&#8221; classification rule and the data expected by the CPA:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Employer<\/li>\n<li>Beginning period<\/li>\n<li>End period<\/li>\n<li>Payment date (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This association allows the CPA to filter and search for the EPGs they display.<\/p>\n<p>If you change or delete any of these metadata, it is important to come and redo this association.<\/p>\n<p>To do this, use the &#8220;BPE&#8221; menu and then the &#8220;CPA Configuration&#8221; tab.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"confluence-embedded-image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/252936243.png\" data-image-src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/252936243.png\"><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"GuideresponsableRH-Modificationdescomptesutilisateurs\">Modifying user accounts<\/h2>\n<p>The user accounts used for the distribution of BPEs and defined by the administrator during the initial configuration can be modified using the &#8220;BPE&#8221; menu, then the &#8220;Configuration&#8221; tab.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Once the module has been set up by an Administrator, as a functional administrator &#8220;HRD&#8221;, you can start the distribution of BPE.
