The behavior differed between the document browser and the filing area. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A malfunction prevented the use of meta-data documentName in certain classification rules when the document name contained special characters. This could lead to an incomplete display of the name and block the ranking in some cases. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The date and time of receipt of emails are now displayed in the preview screen. This information is extracted from the email headers and presented in the format dd\/mm\/yyyy hh:mm, in order to improve the tracking and readability of the messages received. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The &#8216;Ready to File&#8217; filter was not displaying all affected documents correctly in the filing area. Some types of documents were incorrectly excluded from the results. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A malfunction was affecting the retrieval of metadata using zoning from the Arabic language ranking screen, resulting in an incorrect reversal of word order. This behavior has been corrected to ensure that the display matches the language reading direction. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A malfunction prevented the classification rules from taking into account the restrictions defined on group\/user metadata. In some cases, the proposed list displayed all users instead of respecting the defined scope, leading to a regression of the expected behavior. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A malfunction prevented the use of the default ranking rule for users who do not have user permissions on the ranking rules. Inconsistent behaviors related to maintaining aggregations after resetting a search have also been fixed. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A malfunction prevented the Open Bee Search application from working in version 7.3.1 when used from an already connected session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A malfunction prevented the display of statuses and actions in search results for certain users who do not have permissions on the root folder. In this case, the search information was incomplete, resulting in partial display of results. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A malfunction caused the navigation in search results to reset from the arrows present in a document preview. In this case, the navigation to the next document would loop back after browsing the first 25 results, preventing a continuous scan of the results. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A performance issue could cause synchronization interruptions in case of large data volumes. In some cases, processing exceeded the allowed time limit, causing the process to terminate prematurely and preventing full data synchronization. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A malfunction prevented synchronization with the new search engine during the permanent deletion of documents carried out without passing through the recycle bin.
