The user can choose the <strong> <\/strong>export format via a popup, and only enabled formats are offered for export.<\/p>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9253\" style=\"width: 98px;\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/RNAmelioration-EN.png\" alt=\"\"\/> <strong>Definition of a validator per employee<\/strong><br\/>It is now possible to define a validator for each employee using the expense report. The validator is a Portal user and can be used as an actor in a workflow task. <\/p>\n\n<p>The validator can be defined in the administration of the Expense Report module:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>from the employee configuration popup,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>via the CSV import\/export in the dedicated column &#8216;Validator&#8217;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>This improvement allows adapting the validation workflow to the organization specific to each employee.<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bugs fixes<\/h1>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V7.2.5<\/h2>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9254\" style=\"width: 89px;\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/RNCorrige-en.png\" alt=\"\"\/> <strong>Posting an expense report<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A malfunction caused the value of an expense report\u2019s Validator metadata to disappear after the associated task was validated or rejected. In this case, the information was no longer available in either search results or document properties. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A malfunction prevented the user to whom an expense report validation task was delegated from correctly accessing the associated note. In this case, only the list of documents was accessible, while the preview of the expense report was not functional despite proper permissions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A display malfunction was noted in the expense report Excel when the total amount to be reimbursed exceeded three digits. Due to insufficient column width, Excel automatically applied a visual rounding of the amount, even though the base value was correct. The behavior was corrected by forcing a two-decimal number format to prevent this automatic rounding and ensure reliable display of amounts.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A malfunction prevented a <em>consultation<\/em>-type user from sending an expense report back to the validation circuit after a refusal. In this case, a permission error occurred during the workflow reinjection attempt. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9254\" style=\"width: 89px;\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/RNCorrige-en.png\" alt=\"\"\/> <strong>Security<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Code compliance with PHP 8<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V7.2.4<\/h2>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9254\" style=\"width: 89px;\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/RNCorrige-en.png\" alt=\"\"\/> <strong><strong>Installation <\/strong>and activation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The installation or multiple activation of the Expense notes addon could create duplicates of certain metadata (e.g., number of nights). This problem has been fixed.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V7.2.3<\/h2>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9254\" style=\"width: 89px;\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/RNCorrige-en.png\" alt=\"\"\/> <strong><strong>Adding an expense<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A malfunction could occasionally prevent the conversion of documents to HEIC format, making it impossible to preview them. Error handling has been improved to prevent the document from being added in case of conversion failure and to avoid the appearance of unusable supporting documents in the application. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The mechanism for detecting duplicate expenses has been improved in order to reduce false positives and avoid that separate expenses are identified as duplicates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V7.2.1<\/h2>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9254\" style=\"width: 89px;\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/RNCorrige-en.png\" alt=\"\"\/> <strong><strong>Deletion of an expense<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An error message could appear when deleting an expense, while it was indeed deleted in the background. The display has been corrected so that the expense immediately disappears from the list after deletion, without requiring manual refresh. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After sending an expense report, the status remained incorrectly &#8216;being sent&#8217; despite the creation of the validation task. This behavior is now corrected: the status changes correctly to <strong> <\/strong>\u201csent\u201d<strong> <\/strong>and the loading of the expense report is done normally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V7.2.0<\/h2>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9254\" style=\"width: 89px;\" src=\"https:\/\/help.openbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/RNCorrige-en.png\" alt=\"\"\/> <strong><strong>Adding an expense<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A problem could lead to an <strong>incorrect amount to be refunded<\/strong> when an expense was reallocated from one expense report to another. The amount calculation is now correctly updated in the interface and in the Excel export. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An issue could cause the creation of <strong>duplicate expenses<\/strong> when a user quickly left the NDF application and then returned.
