Open Bee™ Post-its is an add-on to Open Bee™ Portal.
This module allows you to add sticky notes to a document. A post-it note is a message associated with a color. The message is optional, in this case it is called a tag. Sticky notes can be visible to a chosen group of users when creating or editing the sticky note.
The Open Bee™ Post-its module offers the following features:
- Creating sticky notes with a message and a color
- Creation of post-its without message, notion of tag.
- Choosing which users or groups to receive a post-it note
- Tracking of sent and received sticky notes
- Restricting the Recipient List for a Sender User Perimeter
