Here is a presentation of the limitations of using the Open Bee™ Editique My Sending Box module.
These limits are imposed by our service provider Corus / My Sending Box.
- The module allows the sending of .PDF files only.
This means that if you use automatic sending, you should favor PDF documents to avoid errors. - The recipient’s address information is overprinted on the 1st page of the document.
In concrete terms, the recipient’s address will be placed in overprint (white background, black writing) at the top right of your document.
To avoid this behavior, you can use the following option in the Sending Profile, Add Address Door Page.
Thus, a blank page will be placed before the document and will contain the recipient’s address.
Please note that this page will be invoiced in the mailing. - If you send more than 6 sheets with a C6 (small) envelope size, the C4 (large) format will automatically be used.
- No more than 250 sheets may be sent in a single mailing for a recipient.
This means that you can send 250 single-sided pages or 500 double-sided pages.
Be careful if you add an address door page, it will be counted within this limit of 250 sheets. - The maximum file size must be less than 100 MB.
- The history only shows documents that have been sent with the Open Bee™ Editique My Sending Box module.
