Open Bee™ Portal includes an add-on module that allows you to better manage the lifecycle of your documents.
The Document Lifecycle module contains two distinct broad features:
- The first one, intended for Open Bee™ Portal administrators, allows them to easily manage the volume of documents by deleting expired documents.
- The second, addressed to all Open Bee™ Portal users, allows you to automatically receive reminders on documents requiring user intervention. These reminders can automatically trigger the creation of a to-do or workflow.
