Integration with the Open Bee™ Portal environment

The Lifecycle module is integrated into the Open Bee™ Portal environment.

You can give Open Open Bee™ Portal users access to this module by setting permissions at the user role level.

When activating the Document Lifecycle module, three new permissions appear:

  • Policy Management: This permission gives access to the tab allowing the creation, modification and deletion of automatic rules of expired documents or automatic reminders. It is recommended that Open Open Bee™ Portal administrators be given this permission.

  • Tracking of expired documents: This permission gives access to the tab allowing the tracking and processing of expired documents. From this interface, it will be possible to delete or hide expired documents. It is recommended that Open Open Bee™ Portal administrators be given this permission.

  • Reminder Tracking: This permission gives access to the tab allowing the tracking and processing of reminders. From this interface, it will be possible to process the recall. It is recommended that this permission be given to all Open Bee™ Portal users who may be required to process an automatic callback.

The Lifecycle module is composed of 3 tabs that are visible according to the permissions assigned to the user:

  • Configuration
  • Tracking expired documents
  • Recall Tracking

Please note that a user with the external role will not be able to use this feature.

That is to say that he will not be able to process an automatically created reminder, process a manually created reminder, or be a supervisor of an automatic reminder rule
