When validating the connection , the selected users have access to the shared folder of the remote Open Bee™ Portal .
These users are considered on the Open Bee™ Portal instance as remote users.
Here are the specifics that apply:
- These users are not counted against the license of the remote Open Bee™ Portal instance
- It is not possible to change the permissions on these users’ folders. The only way to change their permissions is through the Open Bee™ Multi Sites module settings.
- It is not possible to edit their profile on remote Open Bee™ Portal instances
- Only the Documents, Dashboard, Filing, Task List, and Forms permissions can be assigned to them
Remark
Only “full” users can be selected to have access to remote folders. It will therefore not be possible to select external users or consultation users.
